Emergencies: For any emergencies to Community Common Area or Property, please contact ACCLAIMED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT at (615) 241-1556. Please note, this only applies to emergencies that are endangering Community Property; please contact 911 for other emergencies.
Non-Emergency Police: If you see any suspicious activity in the area please contact the Non-Emergency Police Dispatch at 931-486-2632.
HOA Issues: For any official HOA business that needs to be addressed such as questions, suggestions, complaints, clarification of guidelines and covenants, etc. please select PROPERTY MANAGER from the drop down menu.
Property Manager: To contact your property manager regarding payment of fees, submission of documents, property caretaking issues, etc. please select PROPERTY MANAGER from the drop down menu.
Web Site: For questions regarding the use of the web site, suggestions for improvement, suggestions for additional content, complaints, etc please select WEB PAGE ADMINISTRATOR from the drop down menu.
Board: If you need to contact the HOA Board there is an drop down option for this, however, please try to resolve any issues or ask questions to the Property Manager BEFORE contacting the Board.
Parking Pass: If you need a parking permit for overnight parking please select the drop down option. Include the specific dates you will need for the pass. Overnight parking for guests is permitted at the overflow parking area adjacent to the pool in the neighborhood.
